Disclaimer- I stayed while renovation was ongoing, so my experience may be affected by this. This place felt like it had absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. We could hear literally every footstep in the hall, every door slam, people moving above us, etc. It echoed through the ceiling constantly. This wasn't construction noise, either, just every day noise from other guests. And i'm sure they could all hear us too. This was especially frustrating for us and other guests with animals, since it kept pets on edge all night. The bathroom in the room was cramped, with the door barely clearing the toilet. The shower head was low and non-adjustable. The tv in our room worked, but the remote wouldn't reach the sensor from the head of the bed, making it a chore to change channels or just turn

There's a small blurb on their website letting people know that construction is going on. It says NOTHING about you will be without running water to flush toilets or bathe throughout your stay. NOTHING about the internet service may stop, which shuts down any TV viewing. There is nothing about the pounding above your head that will go on until 5:30pm and start again at 8:00AM. There were light fixtures that didn't work. The worst stay EVER at a Comfort Suites. I have been a reward member for over 15 years. There was an amazing $10 discount for the inconvenience! I was told this will be going on through the end of the year. My advice, go somewhere else until January 2026

From the moment of our arrival, to our departure, the staff were very friendly. The room was fantastic. We never stayed at a property which all rooms were suites. It was amazing. The continental breakfast was the best I ever had. Kudos to Tanya.

I had not stayed there in years. We used to stay all the time for Oregon football games but started staying closer to campus. The remodel is nice, the lobby was torn up and coming late was going in the back door all of that stuff, to be expected during a remodel so no problem there. The rooms were nice and the beds too up on the 3rd floor.

Large, clean, accommodating rooms. Nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Great continental breakfast ran by a wonderful woman. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.
