Considering the low price, the quality you get is unbeatable. It’s definitely a reliable choice for a comfortable, low-cost trip!

Room was clean and staff was helpful. However, you advertised breakfast as included. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with what you offered!!! I recommend you add yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and a waffle maker to your breakfast offering. Additionally, I used the toaster with the setting as low as possible and the toast was still burned to a crisp.

Positive: I have stayed here many times! Negative: There was a obviously drunk couple placed next door and they were fighting loudly until about 1:00 am But this place is very clean and usually peaceful

Good rates, really nice newer building, very nice clean room, key cards work fast, stairs are clean and easy to walk up and down, elevator is clean and quick, all staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location in Springfield used to be ghetto, not the same now. Seems like the neighborhood made effective positive change. This hotel is a nice addition. I will definitely stay again!

Very nice stay. For how busy of a weekend it was, the price was right and the property is well maintained, quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming and courteous especially with a line of check ins and the phone ringing off the hook. The rooms are updated, comfortable and we'll maintained. Good location near downtown Springfield and eateries.
