La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield South

We stayed here last year and it was good- this year it is GREAT! Asked for two rooms together only if possible. They CALLED before we arrived to say we're on the same floor but not able to get us next to each other- I thought that was great Customer service. Very friendly staff when we arrived - not just to us but to everyone they serviced. Teddi was great- thank you!

The staff is very friendly and the lady that was cooking. Breakfast was very nice. She said she loves cooking breakfast for everyone. It’s her favorite thing to do and also thanked me for staying. She was very friendly.

The rooms were fine. Staff was kind. Everything was clean. We noticed a definite decrease in the quality of the breakfast. We actually went Out to McDonalds and bought their eggs instead of what we suspect were dehydrated eggs at the hotel. No hard boiled eggs. Only ham, no sausage or other choices. No potatoes. Anyway. We were disappointed.

Positive: Nice room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast with great coffee. Fast check in and out. Definitely will stay at the same hotel next time. Negative: ""

We always stay at this location when in Springfield. Reasonable priced rooms.Clean pleasent atmosphere. Great areas for dog walking. There is a breakfast room .Toni did a great job keeping it stocked,clean and was friendly..I saw her sevral times on our visit and she always greeted us ,and asked if there was anything we needed.
