La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Cumberland-Harrisburg

Well, where do I start?… this hotel is tired., it’s as though no one cares and it’s surviving solely on the fact that anyone who stays here is just driving through and they don’t care if you come back or not. I’m not sure if the whole town smells or just this hotel. The walls are super thin, so I heard alarms from other rooms going off through the early morning, loud enough I thought it was my alarm. Want to talar and watch some tv after a long drive? Nope, no tv in the room. Want to get a workout in? Sure go ahead, but there better be it be more than two people in there, because half the equipment is out of order.. The pool is outside, so don’t expect that to usable for the kids, and honestly, even if we were able to use it, I would be super nervous to seeing how the rest of the hotel is

Positive: Location, breakfast was a nice option. Negative: 4 night stay. Never refreshed the room with housekeeping.

Very disappointed with this hotel’s inflexible policy. Booked two rooms through Hotels.com for a business trip, but our work schedule changed, and we requested a simple one-day shift. The hotel refused any adjustment, even as a one-time courtesy. The rooms ended up empty, and we lost the full amount. What type of Hotel rather have the rooms empty than change the date. As a business traveler with clients in the area, I won’t return or recommend this property to my team or colleagues. I will be giving my business to a different hotel. Always double-check cancellation policies on third-party sites before booking.

Love that it's right off of I-83 and it has many restaurants in walking distance. There's a little plaza one exit down with pretty much anything. Breakfast was nice and gym was great here and people were so nice and accommodating. Also comfy beds! 10/10 would stay again.

Stayed here on a recent visit to PA. The location was good, thats about it. Stained ceiling throughout, stains on the mattress, the shower head was rusting and the noise level from outside and adjacent rooms was bad. The "buffet" breakfast was some scrambled eggs and Sausage, that looked old and some plain white and wheat bread. We opted to go to a local diner, whi h was fantastic. They advertise hairdryers in the rooms, but there was none in ours. We mentioned it at checkout and were told you have to request them because people steal them from the rooms.
