Days Inn by Wyndham New Cumberland/Harrisburg South

Shocker...This is not a Days Inn It is an Express Inn. The night clerk was quick to appear, very fast and friendly service. And an excellent price!! Newer TV, Linens, beds, and Carpet. (At least in my room) I will say it was a little difficult seeing the turn into the parking lot. (At night) The water took a bit to get hot. (Be patient it will get hot) The ice machine didn't work. But not a deal breaker. They do have drinks for a dollar in the lobby. Did see a gym with newer looking equipment.

This place used to be nice. I've been a guest intermittently since the year 2000. Whoever owns it now might need some staffing guidance. The whole family goes to bed about 11:00 p.m. and doesn't answer the phone. Just say emerging pattern of behavior. If you visit late at night, visit at your own risk, because there might not be anyone there to rent a room to you. Just saying. The building is already old; one would think they would be able to keep somebody at the front desk to at least keep up with repairs.

No longer a days inn! The hallways smelt gross. Rooms didn’t feel super clean at all. Showers have good pressure and lots of hot water. Continental breakfast was basic nothing hot but there were bagels, cereal and coffee.

Very sketchy place. People seem to be living at the hotel across the street where the washer and dryer are located. There is no detergent available at the washroom. The hotel smells strongly of weed and smoke. The people who seem to be living there are sketchy at best. Their belongings are just sitting outside on the sidewalk.
