Best Western Plus New Cumberland Inn & Suites

I stayed at the hotel and truly enjoyed my time there. The rooms were spacious, neat, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and supportive throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made me feel at home. I had a very positive experience and would love to stay here again in the future.

It was great. The room was clean and the beds were freshly made. We had our dog with us, and he was in heaven! The room was located right near the lobby, and I was worried it was going to be noisy (making my dog bark) but it was really quiet in the room once we closed the door. Excellent stay.

Nice clean room. Looks like it's been updated recently. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Has a Keurig coffee maker which is better than the pods you get most places. It would be nice to have bigger bath towels. Only had 3 standard pillows on a king bed. Only real complaints are the bathroom fan was so loud and the air conditioning was loud and vibrating in room 304, but it did a great job cooling. We didn't use the breakfast buffet, so no comment. There's plenty of parking. The location is very convenient, right off Hwy 81. There's a gas station right next door, several places to eat close by, as well as a 7-11 right down the street. I would stay again.

substandard conditions during my recent stay (details) The room was unsanitary; my husband and I woke up with bites on our backs and necks, and he observed a cockroach in the room during the night. Additionally, the bathroom had visible soap scum on the shower walls, and the room was not properly deodorized.inviting the odor from a previous guest. The common areas also featured damaged and stained furniture. ( visibly dirty worn unvaccumed carpeting throughout the hotel) While the staff was initially pleasant, my attempt to respectfully address these issues was met with unprofessional resentment. We were unable to sleep due to these conditions and felt uncomfortable bringing our belongings inside our return home. The stairs and handrails were literally black, and reaked of strong cigare
