La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lynchburg at Liberty Univ.

I slept better at this hotel than I do in my own bed at home, and I NEVER sleep well in hotels!!! Super super comfortable bed and pillow!!! Clean room, quiet room, easy to control the room temperature, heating/AC was quiet. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh hot choices. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was very, very, very LOW. Water was hot, but like a modified trickle. Easy for me to overlook because I got so much quality sleep, but if a strong powered shower is your thing you would have been bummed. Our family stayed here 3 nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Let me begin by saying I never sleep well in hotels. Never. My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Liberty University (excellent location for doing so), and I slept just as well as, or maybe even better than, I do in my own bed at home!! The bed and pillow (I usually lug my own from home but did not this time) were super comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The room temperature was easy to control and heater/AC unit was quiet. The hot breakfast options were probably the most varied and tasty I have experienced in many years of staying at dozens of hotels. Positive: The fact that we have been booking this same hotel for the past month, location, price, and availability. Negative: We had a negative experience with the front desk supervisor. Even though our room was booked and paid for she decided on locking us out of our room with our pet still in there not giving us access. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Solid hotel for price point, staff outstanding, great included breakfast. The room was solid, room and sheets shows some wear and tear but nothing surprising. Lobby nice, best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel like this with complimentary breakfast. Multiple staff members engagement with my kids me welcoming us was really a standout. I’d recommend! I don’t know enough about Lynchburg to evaluate the location.

We have been here twice now and we've never been disappointed. We love staying here. The staff is wonderful expecially Rachael. She went above and beyond for us multiple times. Absolutely love her. Also we stayed a total of 4 days and housekeeping came to the guy who did our room was named kimani and he did a exceptional job even made our daughters lil dog bed and placed the kids toys on their bed all set up . Was amazing to walk in and see. Felt very welcoming . We will be back again. Thank you for making this stay as great as the last.
