La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Love Field

Wonderful customer service here. I flew in and missed the last shuttle of the day, which is no big deal, but the front desk lady kindly apologized and offered to refund me my Lyft ride. I refused her offer, but she still gave me a free water and a late check out. Bed and pillows were comfy. All staff interactions were so pleasant and inviting.

Positive: Close to my schedule meeting Negative: It smelled horrible, from the time you walk into the lobby. Smelled in the room too.

Super convenient to down town and old town without the price tag, parking fees, and having to pay for breakfast at swanky downtown locations. Very clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy with a variety of pillows. There are some poor reviews out there, we didn't find any of it to be true. Some people are just never happy.

I saw all those terrible reviews. But for $125 a night, last minute due to canceled flight, I'm a happy camper. Hotel does need some updating and repairs. But it was clean. No bedbugs, I checked. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was standard with eggs, sausage patties, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, bread, juice, coffee, yogurt, and probably something else I missed. I'd stay here again. FYI airport transport is not everyday or consistent, so plan ahaead. Oh and I didn't smell any musty smell. But I did smell the Lord's lettuce. 🤣

Missed my flight and American airlines had gave me a voucher to stay at this hotel, when I arrive they asked for a deposit from me, even tho I had a voucher ??. Anyway the first impression was nice room, well no restaurant, but they said 8 minute walk down the sidewalk, there's a Whataburger, so I was hungry and took off walking for maybe 5 minutes, so dark you couldn't see anything, wind blowing 45 to 50 miles an hour, never seen even a light for the Whataburger, went back to the hotel and bought a little bag of powder donuts $ 7.00 or something like that and they had a coffee pot, so I got a cup of Luke warm black coffee, from that morning I'm sure, went to my room and the door key wouldn't work, went to the front desk, to get some help, another key, she acted like I was a bother, went t
