La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas I-35 Walnut Hill Ln

The room was good just needed improvements. Like the shower head had hard water corrosion and it was very little water pressure. There was no bed protection which can lead to infestations. The remote looked tacky due to it have no back and it was taped up with clear office tape. But with all that I say it was a pretty comfortable room. Minus our room being connected to another room by a single locked door where we could hear our neighbors at any moment. I rate 7/10 with the room and service was 8/10. If needed a comfortable hotel in the moment I say this is a good spot. It was just a tad bit hard to find but overall a good experience.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were super nice and always helpful, which made everything easy. Check-in was a breeze, breakfast was tasty, and even though there was the normal hotel noise, it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a really nice place to stay—I’d happily come back!

Kicking my own ass for even coming back here. Staff is does whatever it can to make make this place money. No free upgrades even as a diamond member. They dont follow Wyndham guidelines nor do they accept its membership policy (they'll take Wyndhams money for upgrades but dont accept their rewards policy). First floor hallway has multiple bubble spots from pipes leaking. Paint bubbling and peeling in bathrooms, Heater doesn't work in room 122. If you get a room in the middle on the first floor you'll hear the door slam shut all night. Back entryway smells of moldy soda with a trash hopper full of trash in the entrance/exit. Manager doesn't answer call or even give a call back. Wyndham app and Google says rooms are $56-60 a night on weekdays, but you get here without using the app they try

We were traveling from out of town to go the house of blues. When we first pulled up we were kind of nervous. It wasn’t a horrible area just run down but we decided to give it a try. We went in and the hotel is nice. It has been redone and it’s comfortable. The customer service was amazing. He was sweet and attentive. Breakfast was small but good! Just what you would need to get the day started. If we were to go back to Dallas, we would definitely stay there.

Workers in the front desk are very rude,blankets and sheets were stained and ripped, their hotel room phone has no buttons and doesnt work, the fridge smelled moldy because their was old food in there, when we went down to get breakfast, they immediately picked everything up, and it was only 7:00, when i booked the room they told me it wpuld have a pull-up sofa and 2 queen beds, when we got into the room, no pull-up sofa and the beds were full, i choose to stay because my kids were tired and they won't give refunds.They need to work on their costumer service and get more professional,caring workers. Worst Hotel Experience.
