La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas DFW Airport North

This hotel is an amazing value for a no-frills overnight stay—perfect for my layover en route from Sydney to Costa Rica. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly from check-in to shuttle, the entire property and my room were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was nice and straightforward. Shuttles run every hour from DFW Airport, and I luckily caught one right on time, making everything seamless. If you want super friendly service, top-notch cleanliness, and unbeatable value without the extras, this is the place—highly recommend for airport travellers!

I had a booking by mistake, upon arriving in mid night, they told me I can only check in after 3pm. I have just arrived after my connection flight to Qartar cancelled and had to stay for the night for the flight the next day. The staff asked his superior on what to do, they said I can check in at mid night that day with another higher pricing, and they assured me, that they would refund me the double booking for the next day. They did not follow the promise. I had to leave before 1pm on the same day where I checked in that night to catch my flight, they argued that they marked me “no show” and so no refund. Very cheap. Very greedy. Bad on you and this property.

The room was clean and generally well maintained. However, there was noticeable echoing due to the lack of carpet. The bathroom appeared somewhat dated, and the shower door did not stay closed properly. Overall, I would rate the room four stars. The front desk agent working the night shift was adequate but not particularly warm or welcoming. Additionally, she was wearing a plain Champion© t-shirt, which came across as somewhat unprofessional for a hospitality setting. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the airport.

Very convenient location. Quiet, Nice and clean room. I never use shuttle service but this time did. surprisingly less than 5 min waiting to pick me up. I really enjoy my stay at La Quinta Inn!!!

Easy access from DFW airport. Has a shuttle service, though we did not use it since we had a rental car.Fast and friendly service checking in. Had a special request when making the reservation and they were aware and accommodating. Room spacious, clean, and in good order. Basic continental breakfast, but well stocked. Hot drinks (coffees and hot water for tea, etc.) were all just warm.Only real downside we found in this developing area was there were not many dining options available nearby for late arrivals.Would stay here again if passing through.
