La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin NW/Lakeline Mall

Day staff was really nice, the rest were unpleasant. I came to stay for the night and sleep and could hear the guy in the room next to me farting and playing Spanish techno beats all night. Woke me up about once an hour. I was completely exhausted the next morning. I would never stay here again under any circumstances. Parking lot is terrible!! The entire premises was filthy. There were actual clumps of dirt everywhere and the cleaning lady was gossiping at the front desk talking trash and rolling her eyes all morning the times I passed through the lobby. Doing anything but cleaning. She was just waiting to crop dust her gas bomb arm and hammer room spray everywhere and call it a day. Even the HVAC sounded like it was having an asthma attack. We recently stayed at La Quinta Lakeline while competing at a nearby dog agility trial. It was lovely! Staff members were friendly and welcoming; the hotel itself was well kept and attractive; our room was clean, comfortable, and offered all the amenities: a variety of pillows; fluffy towels and good-quality toiletries; plenty of space to unpack — both drawers and closet space — including a long counter that segued into a desktop; and even a coffee maker. There also was plenty of room to walk our dogs in the designated potty area and to let them play fetch with their favorite toys. We look forward to our next visit!

Our stay at La Quinta Lakeline was lovely. Our room was on a low floor, as requested, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, too.||||Last but not least, we especially appreciated the fact that our dogs were welcome. They enjoyed their stay as well; there were plenty of pillows on the bed for them to share with us, plus their potty area was clean and conveniently located, complete with a disposal container and supply of fresh poop bags. Our fur babies also found the breakfast sausage to be a high value reward for their enthusiastic performance in the weekend's various events.||||We look forward to staying at this La Quinta again next time we are in town for a dog agility competition!

Positive: It was clean, breakfast was good and staff was nice. Negative: It is pretty good for the star level. That is the only reason I did not give a 10 to every single category.

overall the stay was pleasant. The first night we could hear our neighbours talking. But we were able to fall asleep and be energetic second day morning. Breakfast is from 6-9. A bit early to end for us who are taking a vacation, so we only had breakfast once during our 3 day stays. Breakfast coffee is not that good.
