If I could give 0 stars I would because this hotel was not a good stay at all. The only good thing about this hotel was the young man who greeted us when we walked in. He was extremely kind, professional,thoughtful and helpful. And the location was ok,but way too many big semi trucks too close to the hotel. The lobby looked decent and it smelled good. However once you leave the lobby area it did not smell good at all. When we got to the room the door was so loose.The room had a not so great scent. It's a very dark outdated room and not enough lighting. It didn't feel clean. There was hair on towels, (I'm so glad I always pack sheets,towels,gloves, cleaning items and room spray for any hotel stays) The mattress was so lumpy and sqeaky,we were very uncomfortable. From the time ah walked into the lobby to the time ah put my key card against my door ah had nothing but a good experience. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was outstanding, the service exceptional. My room was clean from floor to celling and smelled great when ah walked in, the sheets were good and clean and smelled like they were too. Very quiet, ah slept like a baby. It is in a very convenient location, next to whatever you can imagine. So you literally can walk and not break a sweat. If ever ah visit Albany again. This might be the place um staying. . . .

Positive: I usually see bad reviews of pet friendly hotel rooms because they would usually be in a room with stains and funny smells but my king room was perfect, it was clean with no stains on the couch, the bed or the floor. Negative: There was a weird dip in the tub that did make me feel like I was about to fall through and because of the dip the water sat in it causing a water stain in the middle of the tub. And the pool was closed.

I stayed for a week and a half on business. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was clean. My room was nice. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and stores so it was very convenient. The noise level was fine but since my room was near the elevator I would occasionally hear people talking. I also washed clothes while I was there and didn’t have any issues. However, there’s only one washer and dryer.

My family and I stayed at La Quinta Hotel in Albany, GA for a two-week stay. Before arriving I spoke to Matt on the phone, who was attentive and serviceable. He was great throughout our stay. We were checked in by Devon, who was also super polite and helpful throughout our time at the hotel. However, we arrived in the evening, and when we got to our room we noticed it was very dark and that the lamp between the two beds did not work. We asked for a different room, but when we moved, we realized the room was just as dark and that the lamp in between the two beds didn't offer much light at all. Not to mention that the second room had damage on the door frame as if someone had tried to break into the room. The rooms are DARK. There is NO light at all anywhere near the desk, so if you have
