La Quinta Inn Lexington/Horse Park

Friends and I stayed at this hotel for a recent horse-related trip to Lexington. It was clean, comfortable and had a great location. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy and the coffee was tasty. The only things we found was that one of the beds in our room had a fitted sheet that had small holes in it (almost like a cigarette ash burn). Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a buffet that included eggs, sausage, DIY Waffles, bread/bagels, apples and yogurt. There was also juice, coffee and hot water. The breakfast area was clean and items were well stocked.

We have stayed at this location several times in the past few years but probably will not stay here again. When we first started coming the rooms were very clean, the property was well maintained and the staff was fantastic. They still have a great staff, however the rest has declined. The past couple of times we have stayed there have been general cleanliness issues but this time the smoke detector was flat out missing from the room- it had been taken off the wall completely. We told the front desk staff twice and nothing was done.

Room is very spacious equipped with microwave, screen TV, fridge, iron board, hair dryer, and all the amenities in the bathroom, price is very decent with better quality. this hotel is accessibility ♿ friendly. Short distance from freeway I 75. The restaurant nearby is Cracker Barrel and McDonald’s.

💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! We’ll stay every year on our way back from Florida!!

This place is DEPLORABLE. The entire building stinks to high heaven of weed. Multiple loud parties going on in several rooms. Old pots and pans from this morning's breakfast hanging out on a table in the dining area (its 11 pm at night) the girl at the front is clueless, not to mention how FILTHY the room is. Blood smeared on the wall right next to my bed...toothpaste smeared on bathroom counter tops, puke STUCK to the side of the nightstand next to my bed. Black fingerprints by bathroom door handle. My comforter has a BLOOD stain on it. This entire hotel is a health hazard. Will be contacting corporate. Not to mention the parking lot is busted to shit.
