La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Casper

Not much care taken of this facility. No amenities, water, coffee in the evening or at night. We were put in a Pet room even though we had no pet. Mold on wall next to Tub. Breakfast is not great and served for a very limited time. You are not even allowed to turn lights on in the breakfast room until 6:00 am as we were reprimanded by the kitchen staff. We also saw several customers in looking for coffee as they had to leave before 6 am but nothing. Prices are same rate at the Hilton and service was much better, cleaner, good food served longer times and more up to date facility. Free coffee all day for customers.

We needed a comfortable bed, and we got it! Also nice to have a hot tub and pool. Pool water was surprisingly warm. Room was not anything special. Breakfast was typical, but with cheese on eggs, which was a nice touch.

Very dirty room. Ants, dirty sheets, tub/shower peeling, little to no hot water. Front staff refused to change rooms when addressed I had paid for a double room with double beds. Keys almost never worked. Photos of ants in between the queen beds. I do not recommended wasting your money here.

I recently stayed at AmericInn and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well-kept — exactly what I needed for a restful night. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. What really stood out was the friendly staff. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus — fresh, with a decent variety. The location was convenient, and the hotel felt safe and well-managed. Overall, a solid stay with good value for the price. I’d definitely consider staying here again

Great room. Despite my Diamond member status had to wait until the next day to get my late checkout approved. Late checkout time was very generous, I just wish that my key card hadn't been deactivated prior to my checkout. I was told that I couldn't charge pantry items to my room which is somewhat odd and inconvenient. Despite those minor issues I was very pleased my online check in experience and my room. I will stay here again.
