La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Birmingham - Inverness

This was the worst possible stay that I have ever experienced at any hotel, the linen was not white so I know it couldn’t have been too clean. The water pressure is very weak in the shower. The water doesn’t get hot enough. Also I had a late check out for 1 PM(Gold member) it was offered to me complementary My husband tried to re-enter the building to retrieve other items at 12:15 and they Had deactivated the key had to go around to the front lobby also ,housekeeping came and asked if they could get started on cleaning the room before we even thought about checking out. I will never stay again there were bugs in the room. It’s hard to tell who actually works there. No one wears uniforms. They are not friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️|I had a wonderful stay at the La Quinta by Wyndham off 280! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spotless — one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in — and everything was well-kept and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to start the day off right.||I also really appreciated the ample parking for my U-Haul since I’ve been moving and traveling — it made things so much easier. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had — highly recommend!

If your staying here, they do charge a $100 deposit and then a separate $25 deposit if you have a pet that you don’t get back (just the pet one). The $100 deposit took about 3 days to come back into our account. Our room definitely was not cleaned prior, our sheets had red hair in them (none of us have red hair), pee stains, and our pillows had make up on them from last person sleeping there. The room did have wear and tear from other pets (scratched up mirror etc.) but I kept in mind that it was a pet friendly hotel. They beds are very loud when on them. The floors in our hotel room were very dirty, our infant daughter had dirt all over her feet trying to crawl on the floor. This was a great experience! We were in room #203. Our first time experiencing a Wyndham hotel. The coffee was great. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Their breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean.
