La Quinta by Wyndham Altoona Des Moines

A very clean and specious hotel. Off the roadway and nestled away from all the ||hoop-la making it peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great! My dog was welcomed and treated very sweetly! I will definitely stay here again.

Positive: We liked the location, the pillows, the spacious room, and seemingly safe area Negative: We noticed hair on the sheets on both beds. We also wished there was a table to sit at to eat our food delivery in our room

We stayed December 23–26 and had a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding from check-in to checkout and truly made us feel at home. This is the nicest La Quinta we’ve stayed at—very clean, well organized, beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Thank you for making our holiday stay so enjoyable!

Andre was super helpful getting me checked in early after a long sleepless night elsewhere. Very accommodating and also upgraded my room which helped me have a better day after no sleep the previous night at a different hotel. Definitely on point here with customer service and I will most definitely be back.

Unquestionably, one of the best places to stay. My first stay at a LaQuinta was in the early to mid 21st century. The hotel was in San Francisco. I've been a fan since. To this day it is my favorite hotel.
