Best Western Plus Altoona Inn

I have such a great experience at Best Western Plus! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The manager, Dani, truly made our stay special. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the guests. You can tell she takes pride in making everyone feel comfortable and valued. It’s rare to meet management that goes above and beyond the way she does. Customer service like that makes all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Dani was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our rooms. There were some food crumbs on the floor of one of the rooms we had. The room was for our mother who needed ADA and it was the only ADA room so she kindly came in and cleaned and gave us free waters and popcorn for the inconvenience The entire time she was personable, professional and kind. Breakfast was awesome, rooms were quiet. Older hotel but was recently renovated and is clean.

All around positive experience. Everything seemed to be up to Best Western standards. Our room had lights under the bed that would show the way in the middle of the night. Very good breakfast. Nice pool.|Lots of people hanging around the front doors to smoke. The nice patio area was also a place for smokers to hang out. Although not the fault of Best Western, it was kind of a turn off.

Positive: Location worked great for event i attended. Negative: I was required to pay refundable deposit of $200 for incidentally. The room was left in perfect condition and I have not been refunded my $200. I have called and left my information twice being told manager would check into it and return my call. No call

The night worker, she might’ve been a manager with the longer darker curly hair was AMAZING! she was a complete gem to work with! we had complications and had booked the same hotel in a different location but due to problems she was able to call that location figure out what needed to be done, called the 3rd party we booked through talked me through what to say, get our cancelation confirmed, get us a refund, and get our room here at this location booked. All in all she made it very easy to get done what needed to be done and the service all around was superior! Highly recommend this location, and will be staying here more often if needed! Thank you!☺️
