I Was So Impressed With My Big Nice Room With The Jetted Tub. I Loved How The Hotel Was SOOOO Clean and Smelled So Good. I Love All The Staff Super Nice and Friendly Very Professional. They Love Their Job and It Shows.. They All Deserve A Raise For The Good Job They Are Doing. I Recommend Y'all To Go Ahead And Book Today. I Promise You Won't Be Disappointed.. Plus They Have A Starbucks Inside 🥳🎉 I Love My Coffee.

Positive: Hotel was perfectly located. Great beach access. Customer service was excellent. Hotel was beautiful Negative: Hotel was going through renovations and changed my room from spa to ocean view, but fixed the issues immediately. Breakfast is bland but not bad.The restaurant drinks tasted like no liquor was in them. And that is every restaurant we visited on the island

We stayed in the room with the extra large balcony and it was great. Don't miss the breakfast and you have to have a homemade breakfast burrito they were amazing. The pool and hot tub was great, a splash zone for the young kids is great, and beach access is right there as well. The food there is good, but if you plan on eating later you should check with the kitchen they closed early every night when it got slow so just ask them. Don't worry if you miss the kitchen there are soooo many other places to eat and some are within walking distance for the whole family. We had an excellent time and will be definitely going back.

The food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive. Barista Janeth at this Starbucks was phenomenal very professional, friendly, and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to create a great experience. Everyone on the team was kind and helpful, making the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. Janeth definitely deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service!

Great hotel, big rooms, hot tub, heated pool and kiddie pool. Beach towels are provided. Nice walkway to the beach and showers to wash the sand off. Snack bar that can make mixed drinks. No bellboys but lots of luggage racks to get to your room. Starbucks, little bakery area, nice gift shop. Free breakfast is good and served from 7-10am. Housekeeping is every other day. Very well kept and clean hotel. We would stay here again and will be back. They do have winter rates for weekly and monthly stays. 2 bed rooms are queen beds with 4 cup coffee maker, fridge microwave, hair dryer, lots of towels, soap, conditioner and lotion, iron and board.
