Kokomo Oaks Campground

If I could give a negative review I would. Do not hook to the water it rusted my filter and your shower will be stained. We are union workers trying to make a living and price gouging of 1,100 a month is bad enough, but the lot sunk and I had to go buy wood to put under my camper. We had to leave after 5 days , had a family emergency and I called to see if she would just give me half of my money back and she will not answer my calls or texts. Ma'am I Pray for your soul because you can't do people like that and live a prosperous life . God Bless You

Overpriced, so much rust in the water it stains everything water runs over rust orange, nothing but full hookups for the exorbitant price(no WiFi, no play grounds, laundry, bathrooms or other amenities). This place is the second worst place and matched for the most expensive lot I've ever stayed in. I hope her business fails for the price gouging she is doing. Whatever money you save in gas going to the job will be taken by the cost of that place. Value doesn't match what is offered.

Priced way too high, located in town and had water in winter but there are no facilities and there's still construction debris all over. I had to sign a lease once we arrived that is ridiculous and requires a 30day notice to leave. The owner was always very pleasant and didn't actually enforce the 30day notice.

The water is terrible. It’ll ruin every fixture in your camper. The owners are not very nice. They claim that they take a deposit that you will get back, but you never do. I’ve had more unsatisfied people that I’ve talked to about that place would not recommend at all. They are price gouging everyone.

Nice place, the price is pretty good, the owner is nice and the neighbours are nice as well:)
