Knights Inn New Castle/Wilmington/ former Motel-6

The hotel doesn’t want to fix the problem with all the cockroaches that I encountered while staying there. I asked if they could help me with some spray they the lady at the front desk was rude and said it wasn’t her problem.. poor customer service all around

They know they have an infestation & it should be disclosed before they accept any payment. They’re dirty was only here for a brief while. It stinks when you walk in & a million roaches greeted me, my kids (9 months & 2 years) one was directly next to my baby & on my hoodie ON THE BED. the pictures I have included are from videos I took. They did offer a new room that was treated but after seeing a million in that room who wants to voluntarily sleep with bugs ? I have YOUNG kids & let’s be real they don’t know anything about bugs & I surely didn’t want them accidentally eating or even laying with bugs. Let alone bugs invading their space because they smell like food.

VERY unprofessional & disrespectful staff ! Rooms had more roaches & bed bugs then room it's self ! Roaches were climbing under pillows , across bed , dead ones in fridge & microwave . Burn holes EVERYWHERE! Carpets were beyond disgusting ( hate to even think what all the black stains were !) Needles under the bed , when I approached manager his words were " I advise you to buy roach spray 🙄🤔 " . No toilet paper, was given 2 dirty towels after I had to ask .. the list goes on and on . I wouldn't let my pets stay here . Needless to say I lost my $65 because we left & were refused any type of refund .. I don't even know how there open honestly ..

Mold in shower ceiling roaches our day ended today so we paid 3 days ago til da 2nd of May $325 so because my son suffers bad psychosis nd law had to get called for rockford transport they told us to vacate nd no refund yes drugs nd guns in rooms so technically they made xtra 325 took our money

I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. This place is just bursting with sadness and dispar. The room I was in smelled DISGUSTING and the carpet was PURE flithy. Roaches were very present and the "repairs" that were made looked as if a child made them. We ended up here after all the other hotels in the area were booked. We traveled from VA to DEL for work and didn't know anything about the area. Don't get trapped here after paying like we did. Policy is 10 mins after you pay you can't get a refund. Sad how property owners keep this property knowing full well there are families who actually live there. They deserve wayyyy better conditions than what we witness.
