Knights Inn Fredericksburg

Stayed here for a month. There is a lot of roaches. A lot. It's not an ignorable amount.. but it's better than being outside in the cold lol. No reason for them to have the roach issue with how many people (in poor circumstances) they're able to sell rooms to every night.. they take in around 20-40k a month at the knights inn alone. They should have no issue paying to clean it, they just don't lol.

DO NOT STAY HERE! they allow people to live here but dont work with paying customer and not very friendly. This hotel and the red roof inn next door are very dirty and there are a lot of people selling illegal substances on the property. The rooms are dirty. I highly recommend not coming here.

We were coming south on 95, needed to get sleep after a days worth of driving. Pulled into the parking lot at night. Night person said pet friendly, so we stayed one night. Late December and cold in the area. Room next to ours were shirtless, and selling like a drive in pharmacy. Daytime it was quiet. Manager said he use to run banquet halls and apologized for the awful coffee in the lobby. I decided to shower and up from the soft flooring in the bathroom came roaches as soon as the steam gathered. I got out and toweled off, to find pounding on my door. Manager blaming my small dogs for waste in the parking lot. Now the Pit Bulls next door were always going without the owner picking up. I said to the Manager that there was no way that it was theirs they were too small . He said get out....

They calmly take your money, then nag you to get out..with late check out fee of 20$ he gave us 20 minutes.. I'm handicapped with arthritis and I have my mother(97) with our dogs.. THAT'S how I roll these days .. I NEED HOURS to get everything/everyone rolling in the morning.. That's the reason they get a Mercy Star Only . Should have been -5 stars! Very smug n rude!

Very rude staff. Tried to kick me out.. told me I had 5 minutes to get out even tho room was paid up til the following morning. Once they corrected there error I was then told my dogs couldn't be there more than 2 days even though I was paying the $20 pet fee needless to say i packed up yhst afternoon and left will NEVER BE GOING BACK
