Knights Inn Allentown

I booked through priceline because i was told they have truck parking .. but it isn't truck and trailer parking, and you have to go through a very busy shopping center to get in, not good, couldn't even drive into the parking lot because a large container trailer is in the way, plus a vehicle parked right where they said i should park! .. almost got stuck trying to get out, had to back out in the busy entrance road and hope the cars saw me, because i couldn't drive around the building. At least the manager was very polite and understood when i told him my trailer would be blocking their only entrance for 2 days .. he agreed to a refund. Priceline was the hard part. If i was in a car, it would've been nice because everything was a 4-10 minute walk away... location was great, but N

Nice place good location I recommend it to my friends in family definitely thank you every much Will the hotel didn’t have any food but the food around the hotel is was Is was nice clean the only things is the door from the shower they removed they put plastic I didn’t like that’s they put to short Is was good The person who work night time they was sleeping I went to buy water in sodas around 11:30 or 10:30 pm when they wake up they was mad😕

The good: Great area. Great price. Nice room for the price; it has everything you need. The bad: The smell of cigarettes can be strong when you have someone who’s smoking next to your room. In my opinion, they should remove the rule that allows people to smoke in the rooms. If you treat the staff with respect, they’ll do the same. If you treat them badly, they’ll do the same. It’s super simple. Don’t be rude. I was staying here for 2 weeks and I don’t regret it. You’re not staying at the Hilton, but it’s a good option if you want to save some money.

Positive: The location is great, price good. Negative: The mattress felt like sleeping on sand. My back hurt in about 3 minutes. And it had a weird slant towards the end. The most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on.

This hotel sucks, when you leave something in the room and you aren't on the reservation then good luck getting it back. They stand their in your face with an attitude. No help whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this hotel. Do not stay here, there is a hotel across the street that's better.
