Keene Elm City Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The best hotel i have ever stayed at. the guy at the front desk is super helpful and attentive. The rooms are super clean and spacious. The pool is warm and nice. I can rave on and on about this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Elm City Hotel in Keene, NH. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making me feel right at home. Dillan was especially friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. There was plenty of parking, which made arriving stress-free, and I really appreciated having a car wash right across the street—it was perfect for cleaning out my car after a long road trip. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. We had a great stay at this place it is clean and fresh. Breakfast was good too. Enjoy the indoor heated pool and we found they have small fitness center too. Highly recommend this place.

I've stayed at this hotel over 40 days in the past year and it is consistently immaculately clean, quiet, restful and extremely comfortable! The staff are attentive to even the tiniest of details, always greet you when you when you walk through the lobby and are so friendly and eager to make your stay exceptional. I love that in less than a minute you can walk to restaurants and stores, but can't even see them the way the hotel is positioned! Super convenient location and a great value! Pet friendly in certain rooms with a large field behind the hotel for puppy power walks! In short, this is a professionally run hotel that feels like home!
