Positive: Everything was fine, no problems at all. Breakfast was decent. Negative: There was nothing to complain about. I left a tip for the maintenance/cleaning staff.

I in the past year have stayed at every single hotel in this entire area. What this place has that no other hotel in a 50 mile radius has is hands down the best quality of people running the hotel. Peerless. Absolutely peerless. Without peer.The breakfast is not something to write home about, but there is breakfast. The waffles are not bad and you can make your own toast or bagels or English muffins. I told the front desk employees that my laborer was sick. And that I wanted to take him some food. Their generosity and kindness was beyond shocking. So much so as to be moving. Their generosity moved me. To the point where I'm writing this. Quite literally. They fixed him and his girlfriend waffles put the syrup on the side and the butter on the side and sent me up to my laborer's house with

I visit this hotel frequently and my experience overall is very good. It's nothing super fancy and it's a decent place to go to get away. It's right next to a shopping center with Target, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, Five Below, and more. It's next to the road so there's some traffic noise, but nothing chaotic. I usually end up in the same room, more often than not. This particular visit i walked into the room to the smell of some kind of oil or maybe WD-40 or some kind of cleaner. After a few minutes the smell wasn't noticeable, but every time we entered the room it was still there. When I needed an extra towel they brought it to me right away and were very kind. Breakfast is very basic and they don't have hot water for tea, so you have to microwave the water in the cup for tea. Very basic

The stay was above average for the room and the reception. The location was directly on our route, requiring no deviation. The breakfast was also above average, with a fair selection of sweet and savory options, including eggs, waffles, bread, and breakfast patties. Drinks and yogurt were also available. Our main reason for not giving five stars is the hassle of navigating the Wyndham automated phone system when making a reservation and the constant attempts to upsell to other Wyndham products. For this reason alone, we tend to avoid the Wyndham brand hotels in favor of comparable establishments without the marketing fluff.

Customer service was absolutely awful! I tried to check into this hotel today for three nights and I was told that I was on the “Do not rent list”. I have never rented a hotel in Keene before. They had someone on this list with his name spelled differently than mine. I have lived in Florida for 18 years. I have a valid license and credit card. They had the wrong person. I am simply stunned by this. Hopefully management reads this as it is so wrong!!
