If you like luxury, the Boulevard Motel is not for you. If you are looking for a cozy no frills place with friendly management it is great. I stayed there for a couple months when i got a new job and had trouble getting an apartment. I have no complaints. I did have to ask them not to service the room as i don't care for intrusions when i am staying at a place, but for most people the service would be a plus. I would love to give the place a rating of exellent in all categories - i was that satisfied but it is a low end place. It is good for what it is. Be carefull of the steep driveway.

I stayed here recently for 2 nights, and regretted it the minute after I prepaid and walked into my room. Absolutely horrific. ||Broken sink.||Broken microwave. ||Barely functioning shower.||Condom wrappers and cigarette butts under the bed.||||Best part? The roving gang of scruffy teens wandering the parking lot at all hours, working on their cars and blasting music and generally carry on like delinquents. Apparently they are part of a family that permanently lives here, I was told by one of the other residents. This resident told me I was right to be wary, as they are known to break into vehicles and intimidate people. I was warned to leave my cell phone 'on' in case I needed to dial 911 in the middle of the night, because the sound of auto glass breaking is not uncommon.||||Owner/manag

A fine place for travelers who want to enjoy plenty of friendly service and at a great location on Fairfax Blvd. A variety of amenities also available like free Wi-Fi, free parking, air-conditioned rooms and smoke free environment will make your visit one to remember.
