Wonderful location. Staff always friendly, helpful and go above the norms to make sure you are comfortable. I love the fact that I can choose to cook in my room with a full kitchen and not have to rely solely on dining out. The added plus of a free laundry room also saves me time and money. Adam and the entire team were amazing from check in to checkout. I will be staying here if ever I am here again for work.

I've been staying at this excellent hotel because it's very convenient for my job. Very easy access to interstate and highways. Even with the snow the staff has been very helpful and accommodating with all of their customers. In particular Adam arranged for my vehicle to be dug out of a small mountain of snow. Alex did a great, fast job of getting it done. Additionally the rooms are very clean, a very comfortable bed. The room attendants do an excellent thorough job. Although I'm here for the proximity to my employment, I would definitely return to stay for a holiday leisure/vacation.

I have stayed at this property for several weeks. I find it to be clean and relatively quiet. The pantry is well-stocked and the coffee fresh. There is ample parking, bur some guests need a remedial course in parking. The location is great with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff gets a thumbs up across the board. Two words that come to mind--professional and courteous even when dealing with impossible guests. There are two people who go above and beyond--Adut and Vanessa. After a long day, they always express a genuine concern for my well-being.

I really appreciate the service here from the management team, front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping. Everyone was always helpful, nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or even a long term stay. You don’t have to worry to much about anything other than going grocery shopping. I love everything about this place. If I have something that needs to be fixed or I have a concern it is always addressed immediately with no hesitation or attitude. I want to say Victor, Adam and Bilal are the best and they keep this hotel running smoothly.

I appreciate the service here not only from the front desk but also the nice people who maintain the rooms. I will say the one lady who’s name is Vanessa was a joy to show up to after a long travel and late evening. She was not only professional but she had good humor and also very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you.
