This hotel is horrible I got the hotel room for two whole weeks they would not refund you your money bag after getting in the room the hot water didn't work they moved me to another room the heater didn't work and the temperature is 19° outside microwave didn't work big bugs crawling all over the bed itchy the whole time I was there

The front desk people aren’t to bad depending on who you talk to. The lady I spoke to about my service dog was super sweet and loved on our sweet girl and she then had my back and told the owner they weren’t allowed to charge me $100 deposit for my service dog. They’re kind of nosey but it doesn’t bother me bc I have nothing to hide. Only thing I say bad is that if you stay weekly you don’t get room service but is much rather clean my own room so I know it’s a cleaned properly.

Absolutely disgusting, better look at reviews before paying for this terrible room, get in the room and the ac fell apart with one touch and there was roaches in the bed that ran all over the place when we turned the lights on, they don't do refunds, but thankfully since we literally stayed in the room for 1 sec they gave us our money back.....

Don't go there. I stopped there because I was driving from Tenn to Florida and there was a 45 min Traffic jam. All the other reviews are correct. ( I came during the day so I didn't see roaches, but I can sure smell them.) I just went there for a nap. The sink and toilets needed repair and the tv reception was horrible. I will post pics now. Also she wanted a $10.00 deposit even though I had a credit card, she marked it as cash on my bill ( When I checked out she refused to give me back my deposit. After she refused I asked her her name she ran away. Not only is the hotel gross but the front desk are a bunch of crooks. I will post the bills later to prove my statement and dispute the CC

I called the local health department and reported them. Sheets weren’t changed from the previous person and they had peed through the sheet onto the mattress. Bugs in sink, fridge, and toilet. We rented two rooms and my husband’s room didn’t have a door handle to get into the room. My daughter and I had to keep turning on the AC because it would shut off after 30 minutes. They do NOT offer refunds for any reason. You’re better off sleeping in your car.
