Jantzen Beach RV Park

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most welcoming park my family and i have ever stayed at. The wonderful front desk crew will jump through hoops to make sure you're happy every day! 🙏❤️ This is a 10 out of 10!!!!¡ The Cummings family November 2025

This semi-decent park is now enforcing a 10-year or newer rule, regardless of make, condition, etc. So junk trailers allowed (and abound) but $100k Class As are not because of age? YOUR LOSS!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This RV park advertises a $700 monthly rate on their website, but when you show up, it’s a whole different story. First, they require you to fill out a rental application like you’re moving into an apartment — even though I own my RV and just need a space to park it. It makes zero sense.||Then, instead of honoring the monthly rate they advertised, they charged me weekly, which ended up costing me more than the listed monthly price. And after staying 30 days, they moved me into a monthly spot, but still hit me with weekly fees. Total bait-and-switch.||They lure you in with a low monthly rate, then make it nearly impossible to qualify unless you jump through hoops, only to charge you more in the end. They were friendly until they found out I had an older RV, tried to kick us out because we "lied" about the year, but when we filled out the form, the year choices only went to 2012, so we had no other option, it also said that they accept 10 years and older with manager approval, pictures may be required .. we tried calling, but no answer so we went ahead and rented a week, no one bothered us, it was lovely, we got another week and switched spots, then they turned really messed up and started treating us like crap, like the year of my RV meant we were pieces of crap, my RV is a nice 98, everything works, very good shape, and clean.. they said they don't take anything that old, period, didn't even want to hear about the manager approval, tried to make us leave, weird they didnt have a pro

Jantzen Beach RV Resort feels more like a long-term living park than a vacation destination. When we first arrived, we were actually yelled at by other guests because of the size of our camper, which set a really negative tone. The office was closed when we tried to check in, and the grounds were disappointing-lots of trash and junk piled around some of the long-term sites, which made it feel run down. It might work if you're looking for extended stay housing, but it's not the kind of place l'd recommend for a relaxing RV getaway.
