Came here to enjoy a night with my daughter and couldn't even sleep there the beds were filthy when we lifted the blankets there was dirt and hair all in the beds it honestly looked like there were bugs in the beds mind you after noticing that i looked at the reviews and a few people said they have bedbugs we literally went there just to go swimming so when we first got there we didn't inspect anything we just went straight to the pool for a couple hours then left to go get dinner and some stuff at Walmart came back went swimming again for another couple hours and when we got back to the room that's when we realized how gross it was after we showered to get the chlorine off of us and felt dirty and itchy when we got out the shower was clearly not cleaned there was hair and elastics left in

We stayed 2 nights. The lobby and grounds are updated and inviting. The room was not good. Room 222. It smelled of too much Fabreze. The A/C was extremely loud. So much so that we shut it off on the second night. The bathroom lighting was very dim. The toilet was very low. It could not have been more than 14-18 inches off the floor. The hall carpets are old and gross. While the price and location of the hotel are appealing, I would not recommend staying here.

HOCKEY FAMS! Give Iris a try! We stayed here during a long weekend for our hockey tournament. Booked 6 months in advance with Jeanne and her team, we had a few hiccups in the beginning, but overall were able to come to mutual agreements for our stay. We stressed over having the Jones Tavern during the off season. We knew that if we weren’t at a hockey rink, we wanted to be at the hotel hanging out eating and drinking in the tavern. Bradley, the Director of Operations, did everything in his power to accommodate us and make our stay the best as possible. Our first night there, we all arrived tired and hungry. The chef called out last minute. Everyone scrambled. Bradley showed up to the rescue and cooked for ALL of us that night. The bartenders? 30 of us were on a first name basis with them a

SCAMMED BY MANAGEMENT! I booked a wedding room block at the Iris Hotel Cape Cod (Falmouth) for our wedding weekend on September 6, 2025 — a year in advance — after being assured by the manager, Nancy Ferguson, that the property was being completely remodeled and “rebranded” into a high-end boutique hotel. She even sent me a link to the Iris Hotel Boston website, showing modern, luxury rooms and amenities, and explained that our discounted block rate ($300 per night) was based on those new standards. A month before our wedding, I called to confirm that the renovations were complete and was told that all of our guests would be staying in newly updated rooms. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case. Multiple guests contacted me after their stay to share how unrenovated and poorly mai

I have to confess, I expected a motor lodge so I was pleasantly surprised to see full fledged hotel when I pulled into the lot. Located a few blocks from Main Street and about a mile from the beach. Plenty of on sight parking. There’s a pool and small fitness area. Continental breakfast. Laundry facility. I received a complimentary upgrade to the king suite- which was enormous, clean and comfortable. Bathtub could use an upgrade but the bathroom itself is spacious - especially for an older hotel. Staff was friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
