InTown Suites Extended Stay West Palm Beach FL

Charles and Ashton were the most welcoming people. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels and this by far is one of the best Extended Stay Hotels. Lobby and hallways are always clean, they are very responsive, and just all around friendly. All the staff that I’ve come in contact with were so helpful, even in the off hours. I love the fact that I was able to check in around noon. Also, the fact that the office is only open until 7pm gives me peace of mind that they was not a lot of late night foot traffic. Not to mention that cost efficiency and the convenience of everything in close proximity. I felt completely safe in this hotel because of the accessibility factors. I will recommend this to anyone who stays in this area.

This hotel is not habitable and should not have even passed an inspection to be considered fit for dwelling. Windows had mold, room was not clean. Others guests dirty clothes were still in room. No refund offered even though paid in full. Had to lost 7 nights due to no refund.

I’ve been here for a short time but I have not had any issues that would prompt bad reviews. I did have an ac issue and was moved to a different room by the team here and for that I am very grateful. The general manager Charles who is helpful, also assisted me. The maintenance guy is also very respectful and helpful. My time here has been easy and safe and I’m satisfied with my stay.

Ashton was wonderful and helpful for his 1st day. I truly appreciate his effort! However when I went upstairs my room had an odd smell and management fixed it and set me up properly. The issue was taken care of immediately, once I told the front desk. Management has been truly helpful and now I will be extended my stay for another week. I would like to thank Charles for his professionalism, kindness and expeditious manner in which he resolves problems. I truly appreciate Intown Suites for being my home away from home.
