InTown Suites Extended Stay Tampa FL

Management needs to give residents notice when they need to enter a room for any reason. It is a very reasonable request and I value my privacy highly but it does not seem like they respect that and that is a problem for me. Not being allowed to open windows without a valid explanation is extremely unreasonable. I’m not paying to live here and be treated like a prisoner. When I asked for the owner’s contact information, I was denied. I would need that in case of emergencies. By the way, everyone was right about James.

We came in town for my childrens dad to do a small job a port of tampa .Room smelt like pure mold upon checkin. During my stay Monday night had to rusht my daughter to Tampa general due to her busing her eyebrow open on a drawer at hotel that wouldnt stay closed. Now i have an unexpected emergency visit bill i have to pay. Reported maintanance after incident when he pulled drawer out the issue was a prior guest males dirty pink boxers and a blue reusable walmart bag keepind the drawer from opening. Told Adrian about leak under kitchen sink in (which it was an old molded white dingy wet pillow case tied around gasget of sink )he brought towels and he was very generous. He did tell the older african american maintanance guy so next day 7/29 he came in i clearly told him about kitchen

James is so kind. I was running late getting close to closing and he was able to check me in. He is a lifesaver! Adrian takes such care of the property at night. The room is so clean and cozy!I want to also mention Jeffery who is in charge of maintenance does a wonderful job keeping this place running smoothly! Callie is so kind she was the one who helped me extend my stay here. The prices are great. The staff is fantastic and the cleaning service is unbelievable. I have never been in such a clean long stay hotel.

This hotel sucks a Spanish-speaking woman was my housekeeper because she didn’t understand English, she got her way out of cleaning my room so she didn’t clean my room on Wednesday. I kept telling this woman yes she even repeated yes and she act like she don’t understand. Yes, I came in Friday to talk about housekeeping. The man had a tone i matched his tone, and now I am kicked out for matching his energy he told me he would check to see if I have housekeeping that day he have never checked so Saturday goes by and I decided to pop up Monday morning cause that’s when they open. This woman is telling me all kinds of rules that I have to step out of my room to let housekeeping do their job, but like I said, the Spanish-speaking woman kept telling me yes after I told her yes she act like she

Do not go here if you expect to get your deposit back!!! I paid every week on Wednesday and I wasn't even due until Friday and they have not refunded my deposit and I've called several times and still no refund or reply. They don't even honor the fact that I gave no hassle and paid early! I will be making a complaint with the Better Business
