Let me star with saying we were paying 469 a week and it was great, but with zero notice they increased it to 522, it was a very low blow and I fully expected my rate to be locked in since I am a continuing guest here. The clients have also dropped as well since laconstance has been gone, tons of people smoking weed in the stairwell stinking up my room with that nasty smell. They need to bring her back or teach lashawnda how to handle these people. There should be zero tolerance for weed on the premises. Starting to feel unsafe on the property at night with these dudes watching you go into your room. BRING BACK LACONSTANCE SO SHE CAN SORT THESE PUNKS OUT!

There are plenty of reviews on here from the past - don't let them discourage you from staying here. First, LaConstance is absolutely amazing. She's professional, attentive to needs, and ensures that your expectations aren't just met, they are exceeded. Second, the rooms are adequate for the type of facility. A comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and workable kitchenette. Lastly, the other residents are quiet (which is also a nod to management for not putting up with foolishness) and respectful of each other.

Had to get out of here 2 Days into my stay and forfeited my money. First off I was told the upgraded King Room I reserved was not available. Took the standard Queen but was still charged for the upgraded King. LaConstance is a liar and it seems to me the reviews of her being 5 star customer service are either friends or fake. She lied to me about having the microwave replaced several times. They have a list of rules like you are in some half way house or something. Schemes to charge you more money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Watch her copy and paste the same irrelevant response she does on all the reviews... As the Largest wholly owned.... blah blah blah. She don't care about customer service, only looking to enforce their rules like RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!

Booked 2 queen suite sleep 4 people. Paid up front for that whole week at a monthly rate. Stayed one night. No funded. Bed was full size, room is very small. They said it was recently renovated but, they put us in one of their room that was not renovated. Cant use stove top but one bcus knob is broken off, over head ovenrange full of grease dripping not cover with vent very disgusting grease all on wall, big chunk of toilet lid broken off, hair in bathroom sink hole very disgusting, stain in toilet can't be removed, I removed their sheets and blankets bcus I always bring my own sheets & blankets and my own cleaning supplies. their mattress cover had old blood stain on it, it couldn't be removed and the chair to sit on was stained with spots. Had to put my towel on it to sit down. I cleaned
