InTown Suites Extended Stay Oklahoma OK - Edmond

This is the third time that I staid in this hotel and obviously I am satisfied with the service.check in is always easy and fast, rooms are clean and organized, no roches, everything works properly, very quite and safe, location is very convenient easy reach to stores. Mr.steve the manager is very polite and helpful and mr.Tony the maintenance is nice and knowledgeable very royal to his profession. Cleaning crow are very polite and efficient. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for the people looking to stay in edmond.

Rooms NOT as advertised. Rooms smaller and less furnished than shown. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The bed frame was broken so half of it dropped. Bed not attached to the headboard so it moves around constantly which causes the broken frame to distort further. Room not equipped properly for 1 week stay and definitely not for a longer one. Ridiculous that we only get 1 towel and 1 wash cloth each, NO HAND TOWELS ANYWHERE, then have to PAY to wash it. Same with the sheets and comforter. I've never heard of a hotel unwilling to launder their own linens, forcing customers to use dirty linens if they can't afford to wash them themselves! I am currently staying in the InTown Suites for the first time, and I will never return. The walls are paper thin so I am constantly hearing domestic violence which has continued for 2 weeks straight. The curtains do not adequately cover the windows, so it it impossible to sleep with lights glaring in your eyes. The management is also ridiculous. My room is over 80 degrees (in January) and they refuse to allow me to open the window (which was designed to open) or my door. The aircon smells like cigarette smoke and the room smelled like smoke when I arrived. The cleaning lady is supposed to come once per week, but is inconsistent. She does not replace the towels or provide replacement toilet paper. Of course, they do not inform you of this until it is too late. Overall, this is the

I needed a place to stay for a week without having to stay with family while waiting to move in my apartment. The Edmond,Oklahoma location is clean,quiet and convenient. Honestly 100% better than I was expecting. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant,the laundry facility was amazingly clean as well. Thanks for the great stay! Pamala Smith

The one star is for the renovated rooms. The rooms aren’t bad but the staff is terrible. The manager clearly hates his job and even argued with me when I told him that the cleaning lady shouldn’t be throwing her dirty mop water over the third floor balcony when it almost hit me on the first floor sidewalk and he doesn’t see the danger in a person being hit with dirty chemical filled water from 3 stories. The maintenance man, Tony is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever seen in a service industry job and he harassed me over my service animal and for opening my window while it was hot in the room.
