Executive Inn

Outstanding customer service. The room was very clean minus the top shelve by the sink. The door was broke on the bottom left side allowing cold wind to blow in all week. The heater turn on the highest temp only blew out cool air.

We stayed here 3 day visit, it's next to every shopping center food stores banks all walking. Excellent. The front desk young lady was great and friendly. Shes the best. The rooms were a bit old n very dusty . Half cleaned. Hot water takes very long to get hot. Now listen. I use the do not disturb my entire stay . And once the cleaning lady saw we left she entered our PAID room without our permission. 6/15/25 about 11am. Trespassing. She changed the towels ok great n took out the trash. But still NO toilet paper we got our own, if you're gonna trespass and disregard guests wishes MAKE N CHANGE THE BED! Shes there already, add toilet paper n she gave one new towel. It made me uneasy I won't go back if you leave items your at risk of being robbed since staff does what they want. The t

Very clean rooms and a great location in Edmond. Friendly and quiet

I have stayed at the executive inn for two weeks so far...mind you this is my first time here. My experience so far has been wonderful. The office manager is so sweet and very polite she seems to be very hard working every time I see her she is always cleaning or helping someone. They also have great room service, I get towels without an hesitation and room was spotless.Its very busy spot but management keeps it quiet. I also love the fact I have a child and he can ride his scooter and nobody minds him being a kid. I only wish they had had continental breakfast,but they did say they are working on that. I definitely will be coming back here.Thank you executive inn for accommodating me and my family ❤️

The staff was very friendly and got me in a room as soon as I arrived. Although the room showed its age, it was clean and the air conditioner worked beautifully. I brought my cats with me, and they seemed to like the space very much!
