Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. Great hospitality, extremely good breakfast and coffee. Clean and smells wonderful

Was in town for High school event. Location was great for us, close to the venue and off the high traffic area. Rooms were nice and clean. Had a king room with the small setting area. Bathroom was on the small side, but who spends most of the time in there. Overall a good experience.

Positive: Staff nice. Hispanic maids nice and hard working. Negative: Was put next door to a woman who had a terrible hacking cough. Also, the construction has been going on for more than a year. Come on guys. Get 'er done!

The stay and breakfast were fine overall for our 1 night on 30 Jan 2026. When I noticed that the lock on the window didn't secure it, I notified the front desk attendant immediately. I appreciate him leaving the desk to bring me a key for the room next door to it, which was securable that night. When leaving the next morning, the woman at the desk (next shift) was not aware that the lock needed to be serviced. The lack of communication was disappointing to witness, considering that a tree branch lead directly to that window on the 2nd floor. I hope the safety of the clients/customers is important to this location going forward and is taken more seriously.

My personal property was stolen by housekeeping or someone at the hotel. I have tried to talk to the manager Nicole Pelino but she is very rude and justs hangs up repeatedly. I was in no way rude to her or deserved how rude she treated me. I would love to know if they record their calls so upper management could listen to her. She even yelled at me saying that I was rude to her staff, which is a lie. There was a sweet woman who worked the front desk, and I would have never been rude to her. I just want my property replaced. I have escalated the situation in hopes to get it replaced.
