InTown Suites Extended Stay Huntsville AL - NASA

Janara is very friendly and welcoming. She told me all the details without me having to ask such as laundry room(clean and just $5 to wash and dry) access wifi code front desk information and housekeeping schedule. My stay has been peaceful( I love it here)! Big screen TV. Great ac/heat shower pressure. Comfy bed. Room is clean and cozy. This location is close to several restaurants and shopping Plazas. There's a snack and drink machine.

For the last 4 years I have had to traveled into Huntsville for business and I have always stayed at the In Town Suites. The price is great and the location of the hotel is convenient to where I need to be. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. If I have ever had a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. I have seen great improvement at this hotel the last year or so; rooms are cleaner and I appreciate the little things the manager does to make you feel welcome and at home. I understand this is a "no frills" hotel but when they remember your name and ask how you are enjoying your stay, you know they care. I don't get that treatment at most full service hotels so naturally I do not expect it at an extended stay. Maybe this is why I keep coming back.

I've had a good experience since being here. I feel safe and love the location, you are close to everything! My family is using this as temporary housing and it's been great. The whole staff is great, but one that sticks out is Ed, he's always friendly and happy to assist you.

My younger brother moved in today and per the guy John who made the reservation misled my mother. This guy said there was a couch in the room. We were really excited after looking at the pictures and talking to the reservation guy John. There isn't a couch there wasn't a queen size bed. After my mother called back and talk to John he made a thousand excuses. He stated this is what the information says. I explained to him that he can't lie to customers to get their business. The room is clean but I was expecting an extended stat room. This is a regular hotel room. The front desk young lady was very honest and pleasant. Great price but the room is nothing special.

Everyone was very friendly and informative with my stay there. I stayed 3 months and only had a problem with the refrigerator but was promptly fixed without delay. Reasonable washing room and vending machines. Met several people who I still am in touch with today. Thank you so much for your southern hospitality and I will recommend you to my friends!
