InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Medical Center

This location is managed pretty darn well... friendly staff, seemless services, neat and kempt property and working laundry units...pricing is decent if viewed as daily but high in terms of total monthly...however, when signing for long term, taxes are refunded so that offers that...really a great deal. The rooms are adorable and look as studio apartments...just lovely and homey feeling. I'll definitely be back!

We have been staying at InTown Suites for three weeks and were shocked to receive an eviction notice without prior warning. Allegations were made—like having an “pet” on the premises, unregistered guests, and smoking near the unit—without any proof or clear communication. I disclosed previously that I have a certified service animal and provided documentation, yet this was ignored. When I attempted to appeal this notice, the management Staff gave misinformation about how to reach corporate, and we were left with no real avenue to resolve the situation. We had planned a long-term stay but we feel we are being treated unfairly and dismissed without due process, since the timeframe for a response from customer service does not fall within the time frame for us to leave. No attempts at escalat

DON’T BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING HOME BED BUGS AND AN EMPTY WALLET They have bed bugs. I saw one and immediately left hours later after getting up and sitting in a chair the rest of the night. Thank goodness I didn’t unpack but when I got home I washed all my clothes anyway. Then they don’t answer the phone afterwards or return calls because they don’t want to refund the stay. I took pictures so I’m sure my bank will take care of it after I report BBB as well. They are a company that doesn’t have front desk associates also so it’s not like I could go to the desk to take care of it before I left and I wasn’t trying to keep my things there any longer than necessary. I also lost $200 buying things I was going to need since I planned on staying 2 weeks while completing a training program.

The manger at the front counter needs to be fired.. u was a first time guest and will NEVER go back there again.. the manger at the counter had the door locked upon my arrival due to a conflict on another tenant in which she locks the door and call police on guest.. she took my money on Saturday for a week then I was kicked out my room for no reason or explanation .. after I already paid for the week.. she does not need to be a manger .. I repeat I encourage anyone who goes to that location to be prepared to be kicked out unexpectedly with. I refund based on stuff the staff makes up.. Please do not fo to that location

One upon entering the room, it’s spelt like smoke even though they claimed to be smoke free the floor wasn’t swept or mopped everything I wiped down before bringing our belongings in the rags were filthy the microwave also did this weird thing where it would hum and rotate it was annoying. The bathroom sink had water damage, Cabinets looked like they were barely hanging on. We didn’t even bother using them other than the one under the kitchen sink for the trash. There was also roach traps left in the room GROSS! Don’t even get me started on the extremely loud family They have on the third floor that was right above our room it was horrible. They should consider putting people with kids on the bottom floor if they’re gonna be jumping around, screaming, banging on things, slamming doors arg
