InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Love Field Airport

Barb is a treat Check-in process was smooth. She’s very welcoming and detailed. The rooms are nice if I had to complain about anything it would only be water pressure, but the water is warm and we love a good hot shower properties clean and pretty quiet probably one of the best I’ve been in with or without modifications and Upgrades.

If I could rate below 1, I would... STAY AWAY. I made this reservation for mother as it was near the hospital and reasonably priced for an extended stay. I attempted to call several times for a credit card authorization form but had the manager yell at me and tell me that he'll get to me eventually. He finally sent it after misspelling my name multiple names. He clearly doesn't know anything about US geography because my name is a state (like I mentioned). Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk although it was during their listed hours. We left several voicemails and finally they got back to us and told us we have to get there within the next 10 minutes or they wouldn't give us keys till Monday (2 days later). The level of disrespect and lack of apology was unbelievable. We final

My other review somehow disappeared so I’m making a new one. First I was say if it wasn’t for Barb, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. When I first came in, she was very welcoming. She let me look at one of the suites that were available. I went ahead and went with the queen premium suite on the first floor very comfortable bed. It was spotless inside and out very comfortable little room with everything you might need for an extended stay plus Barb was awesome she wanted to make sure I was comfortable in any concerns to be addressed and she would fix it and she did she is by far one of the best managers I have met. She means business and it really shows very popular among the guests as well she enjoys her job and she has a passion for customer service. Overall, this place is great.

Not only is this a time location, but Barb the property is by far the best manager of any InTown suites. Clean property and very decent working people that live here. I have never seen pests or sketchy people hanging around. Overall a 5 star property for the price!!!

Barb the Manager is Amazing extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed three weeks, after I moved out I pointed out that the A/C in my room was leaking and how I tried to clean it up but I think I made it worse and she said she appreciated me cleaning and trying but that I didn’t have to and to not worry about it. Thank You unlike budget suites, at InTOWN suites the internet and cable is included plus you have access to soda and snack vending machines 24/7. And the items are very reasonably priced, most vending machines are priced much higher. Plus access to laundry in the same building till 11pm. And controlled access key cards to boot. I enjoyed it came with everything but dishes and cookware. At budget just the furniture is included. At intown they provide your first roll of TP and house
