InTown Suites Extended Stay Charlotte NC - East Independence Blvd

I’ve been here since Thursday and it’s now Saturday and still no hot water! Me and my kids haven’t showered in days and the front desk keeps avoiding my questions about the hot water problem. Roaches and disgusting. I already paid a week in advance and regret that I did this! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! **** UPDATE….. Day 4 no hot water! No resolve!

Jeanie was the best part of our stay. She was helpful the entire time and very kind and friendly. This location is luckily to have her.

Love the location and the staff has been great!! Due to my situation the stay is very convenient. People who reside here should take better care of the space provided to them. Some spaces need a deep cleaning

Wonderful!, and I'm a returning patron. Originally I was handicapped and on a knee scooter on the third floor. And even when the elevator 🛗 was out of commission, they helped me up to my room 302 Now I'm still handicapped ♿️, so guess what 🤷? They've got me on the first floor. And even though the elevator 🛗 was fixed expeditiously, I won't even have to worry about getting in my place!!!!! Wonderful!

Jeanie has always been very helpful throughout my stay there for a few months. Always attentive and able to answer any questions. Thank you again.
