InTown Suites Extended Stay Charlotte NC - Airport

Room was not cleaned properly. Old grapes and huge nasty dust balls were under the bed. Bathroom sink was not cleaned at all. Hair and grime throughout. I bought cleaning supplies and a broom to make the space livable for a week. Room smelled of stale cigarettes and ‘must’ as if it is and has always been a smokers’ room. The smell of the room locked into some pieces of my clothing that weren’t put away in my bag. Two stars because I had a place to lay my head for a week while battling homelessness and I only saw one bug. Bed linen and pillows were clean, although the comforter had burn holes all over it. (I slept on top with my own sheets and comforter)

I stayed at this hotel for nearly two months while I was moving to Charlotte from Kansas. ||||I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel or anything like that. It is a pretty nice place to stay, in that regard. But, I can tell you that there basically isn't any customer service. That is not an exaggeration. The hotel only has three employees, which are the manager, security guard, and maid. The main office is often closed even during hours in which it is supposed to be open. The manager often disappears for long periods of time. The manager routinely carries on conversations using a "blue tooth" while customers are seeking assistance. He (the manager) has a poor attitude and no sense of how to make customers feel respected or appreciated. His personality is abrasive

Kim, The general manager here, was outstanding. She accommodated us after hours took the time to show us the room and make sure that we were well taken care of. I cannot say enough about her willingness to help!!

I had a great experience at this motel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and polite. Chris in the office was helpful.

The room could of been a little clearer;;; The staff took care of each time with no issues;; And the price isn't to bad for studio unit;;;It could be just a little cleaner
