InTown Suites Extended Stay Austin TX - North Lamar Blvd

You can't beat the quality or location for the cost. The staff I have interacted with have been top notch. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There are two things that keep my from giving this property 5 stars. One, I'm not a fan of how the WiFi is setup. Two, I have had a few run ins with small roaches.

This is a very convenient location for someone without transportation and due to the fact we are relocating our of the state it was a quick fix. The price is a little steep but it's better than being outside . Texas is not for the tenants lots of people come here after an eviction. It's all inclusive here .

This hotel is nasty. There were bugs in the bathroom and in the sofa. We were charged approximately $150 a night, including taxes, to stay here. I could not believe the condition of the hotel considering that price. The photos from their website are very misleading. ||||It looked as if someone had a fight in the room. There were smashed areas in one of the doors. It was very dirty. I saw the cleaning ladies at work, but I am not sure they had stepped foot into this room. There was dust on multiple surfaces, what appeared to be oil dripping down the door frame, poop or something that looked like poop smeared under the toilet paper roll, and bugs. I have never stayed in a hotel this shockingly terrible. Only one elevator worked and the stairwell was in such bad condition it would be perfect

I’ve lived in an InTown suites before, however this one given its geographical location it has proximity to almost all needs. I loved this suite in N Lamar However I’m still having some issues with the deposit refund. I was staying in room 319 (from and I still have yet to receive the deposit.

It a good place to stay they also have security all night long to keep everyone safe. Very nice area has all the food by the place.
