InTown Suites Extended Stay Albany GA

Was staying for a week waiting on my apartment to be finished getting renovated so I could move in.. left 2 days ago.. it was a terrible stay 1. The front desk lady Tiffany is super rude and passive aggressive. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. She has the worst customer service I’ve seen by far. 2. The bathroom was DISGUSTING.. the toilet had dirt from someone’s butt imprinted on it, pee residue under the seat, the floors and walls of the shower were filthy. Reported it to miss Tiffany and all she said was she could move me to another room as if the other room weren’t gonna be in the same condition. Had to deep clean the whole room before I could even stay there. 3. They charge an internet fee but the Wi-Fi never works, called them almost everyday because their system is always “down”

Tiffany and staff are the best. I am in a wheelchair because of amputation. I was taking trash out and hit a bump and was thrown from chair not hurt but keeping on ground I could not get back in chair. I yelled help Tiffany heard it and leapt into action getting help and getting me back in chair. My angel. Also housekeeping is the best . My experience so far has been awesome. Thank you also fellow tenants are so nice

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First, the pest problem was unacceptable. There were visible pests in the room, which made it uncomfortable and unsanitary. I reported this to the front desk immediately, expecting concern or a solution, but that never happened until 24hrs later i provide proof as well The customer service was just as bad. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little to no urgency in addressing the issue also upon check in my key cards never gets handed to me they get slammed on the counter which is highly rude and unacceptable. Instead of offering , a refund, compensation for the night or even an apology, I felt brushed off and ignored. It was clear that guest comfort and safety are not a priority here. F

I booked double bed kitchenette for a week and a half for court for my child. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. I got a room on the back side at the end of the row... Its a little sketchy looking but I have had no issues with anything. I would suggest Mayne putting a small pot or pan at least in the kitchen rooms that are not staying very long... the floors and door to the bathroom was very dirty the microwave was in bad shape and I had to clean the kitchen and bathroom before I could use them. Other than that pretty great stay!!!!

the room was overall decent, nothing like the website pictures. the place had an overwhelming pot smell, small time drug dealer selling out of his room, occasional gunfire on the weekend was a nice touch. it's probably the cheapest extended stay solution in Albany, if i had to do it again i would look in a better nearby town, Leesburg is a better option.
