Inn on the Square

Really lovely, clean, well kept place with kind and competent staff, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a nice pool heated to warm temperature with towels and bathrooms conveniently in the pool room. Persy's had delicious food and likewise great staff. Very convenient location with ample parking. Only gripe was not enough end tables - only one between the two queen beds.

“Wheelchair accessible” rooms are not wheelchair accessible. We were notified the morning of our arrival that the roll in shower was not available but that the room would still be ADA accessible. Showering had become an impossibility and getting to (and into) the bed proved very challenging because the path to the bed was too narrow.

Not a good place to stay other than for the location. We stayed for two nights in two rooms that were both dingy and dirty. Upon arriving, our bathroom was unclean with paper left in the shower drain and hairs on the floor, and the refrigerator had hair and dirt in it. Curtains were old and stained. The pillows were lumpy and discolored. I asked at the front desk for replacement pillows but they never arrived. We will look for another option the next time we are in Falmouth.

We stayed in the cottage on the back side to help quiet the traffic sounds and that worked out well. Nice people. Old house, but the rooms were updated to be like hotel rooms. All in all a very good stay.

Room itself was fine. Nice and close to Falmouth Main. Hotel is very close to the main road ( only road) into town (think trucks and brakes much of the night). The absurdity of resort and amenities fees continue in this industry. $23 Amenities Fee for new premium linens.
