Check in was easy! Rooms decently clean Front desk lady Brenda Haskins - is extremely rude and discriminatory towards guest. - literally denying the " choice reward members" what is supposedly a perk Honestly her tone and demeanor where so rotten she chose to get into a shouting match with me when I asked for the Head management contact which I thought was completely unacceptable. I would recommend staying at any other hotel ! Breakfast was awesome tho! Cook was great

Had the most terrible experience at this location last night. Was up from the with a Nigerian lady but my bank card did not work . Contacted my bank and a recorded answer was provided. I have been using this card for 3 months now ever a problem. Today somebody at the bank said my card was compromised come in the branch Monday and we’ll help you. But last I had no idea. The only thing thing this NigerIan clerk was treat me with disdain and humiliated me. She asked me to leave and told her no uncertain terms she was was not getting a good review. The hotel is beautiful and clean but this young lady turned me into the freezing cold and couldn’t care less. ||Does anybody in business today use people skills anymore. She wS rude, obnoxious and could care less for a 66 year old client cou

I found the price a little high but I was given the seniors discount as CAA was not valid. Excellent front desk service and found the hotel very clean. There was lemon water in the hallway and the hot breakfast the next day was more than I expected. The bathroom was very up to faye with a beautiful walk in shower.

We had 2 Queen beds and 1 bed squeaked so bad and was really very annoying. The other bed was fine. We went for breakfast at 6:30 and there was no food ready. They were starting to cook and there were many people waiting for food and by 6:45 some cooked food finally came out. Very DISAPPOINTING. This has never happened to us before in all the years we have been going there. We go at least twice a year and do collect choice privileges.

We enjoyed our stay and my daughter found a local restaurant nearby because the kitchen staff did not understand “gluten allergy”. We loved the balcony which made it nice to go to the car. Beds were very comfortable. Towels need updating and liquid soap in the bathroom would be nice. Most of the staff was excellent.
