My friend and I have been staying at this con once a year for the past few years to attend a Convention. Each year we’ve started to notice the buildings lack of care towards the rooms and general maintenance, but since it is so cheap and close we have continued to stay. After this years stay we both agreed we will NOT being staying here again. While the staff are incredibly nice, that does not make up for the horrible conditions of the rooms and elevators. Elevators are old and scratched up, certain buttons don’t work and/or light up when you need to get a specific floor and they shake horribly while you go between floors. The rooms themselves are even worse. Not only does it take 20+ tries for the card reader to unlock the door (even when we went to get new cards), but the rooms themselve

‼️There's a $17 parking fee and a $100 room safety deposit incase of damages‼️ Floors have many stains but you get what you pay for There was a cigarette hole in bed sheets but you get what you pay for Mini fridge and microwave both work You can definitely tell this place is ooooold. But it's the cheapest place close to the moda center No dvd player but there is a working tv with some good channels on it Checked for bed bugs and zero bed bugs 😃 Overall a good cheap place to stay, just gotta remember how cheap it was lol

Service and location are top notch! But the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The first room we got put in had a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling that was shoddily patched over with boards…we requested a room change and the very kind front desk worker obliged. The new room was ok…. Great view of the city, but everything is just so run down, worn, and old. Stains all over the carpet, peeling walls and doors, scratched tub….. it’s definitely seen better days.

This is the 2nd time I stay here and I didn't really want to stay here again because its not great. The rooms not only feel dirty but they are. Both times there was hair in the shower and on the sink from the last occupants I assume. And some mystery stuff in shower. The rooms say non-smoking but it smells like someone just smoked 3 packs of cigarettes right before I walked in, it gives me a headache. It smells musty. I dont even want to walk on the carpet barefoot. There weren't even towels for us to shower. So I had to go down to get them myself. And even the towels looked dingy and theyre rough. Last time I went and bought my own. Im going to go get my own towels again. I booked here again because it was the cheapest out of the other hotels, so you get what you pay for. They do have par

The location is phenomenal for the concert I went to shout out to sleep token! However when I pulled up to the hotel it looked like a trap house on the outside, the lobby is decent but then you get to the elevators and they look like something out of a horror movie, not sure how they're functioning. Got into my room and it had a strange (not good) smell. There were stains ALL OVER the carpet, the skirt of the bed had questionable massive stains all over it, the chair had a huge wet stain on it. The tv remote was sticky and gross. The big window had a spoon shoved into it to keep the window from coming loose or shaking I'm not sure. The bathroom was ok except for the barely functioning shower and toilet that would run almost constantly and wouldn't flush half the time. The towels were stain
