Hyatt Regency Lexington

Decided to stay here since it’s connected to the arena, which is awesome! Be prepared for a lengthly wait if checking in after a game! (46 min) then had to wait an additional 25 min for a confirmation that our room was safety checked. After receiving our keys we proceeded to our room and upon entering noticed luggage and food on the tv stand. Thankfully whoever’s room that our key opened was not in there. This could have been bad! Was offered free breakfast for our inconvenience, but we already paid for that when booking the room.

When something is so good, you just keep going back! That's Hyatt Regency Lexington. On a recent stay, my wife and I had a truly wonderful experience! From valet parking, to front desk, to room service, to the staff of Blue Fire Grill. Had an early check in with the front desk that was fast and accommodating, even after a busy full house the night before. Great housekeeping! The room was clean, large and spacious! The room service was prompt and generous! Breakfast had many options, both hot and cold, and an omelet station with a fabulous chef. Definitely my Go To for Lexington accommodations!

Friendly and helpful front desk, super clean, nice linens, and comfy bed. Make sure to check out the list of free amenities guest can request on the top of the desk in your room. They brought me robes and extra towels right away. I was there for a banquet and really loved the adjoining, enclosed convention center/Rupp Arena complex. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, friendly, and a great breakfast||We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lexington from December 18–20 and had a really nice experience. Check-in was fast and easy, and the hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable—which made it easy to rest. The buffet breakfast was a highlight: a large selection and everything we tried was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location was awesome, right across the walkway from Rupp arena. Negative: Room had no microwave oven- seriously?, no hair dryer- had to ask for it, garbage and dirt between the mattress and box springs, the bathroom was only marginally clean, there were was no menu for room service, carpet was dirty, check out staff was rude
