One of the BEST Hyatt Regency property that I've stayed at (neck and neck with the Hyatt Regency in Amsterdam), which is based on about 20 different Hyatt Regency that I've stayed at. The property is in great shape, well taken care off, the rooms have been fully renovated, everything works, service is excellent throughout and what a nice location with a super great view of the Austin skylines and river too. I booked 5 rooms for our son's wedding in Austin and everyone of my family members and friends were super happy with their stay here. Breakfast spread and quality was great as well. Highly recommended to everyone who's visiting Austin and don't mind doing a little scenic walk across the river to get to downtown Austin.

Checked in Yesterday, andI have to shout out to Leo at Front desk, for taking care of our every need. Right away he was extremely friendly and helpful to making our stay the greatest my Fiancé and I ever had. Leo deserves medal for " best guest service." The room was amazing over looking the river and the city . Our Lunch at Ripple Roots was delicious, best chicken breast sandwich I ever had. The service was just as amazing as the food. If I could have I would give the Hyatt Regency in Austin 10 stars.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced at a hotel in years! Pablo was the manager when I checked in and he made we had the most comfortable and relaxing experience possible. Breakfast is phenomenal (fresh honeycomb! made to adult omelettes! Warm buttermilk biscuits!) with a view overlooking Ladybird Lake, the trail and the Austin skyline. Kayak rentals available right outside, super comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, a fantastic experience - thanks Pablo!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Austin. The room was modern, very clean, and genuinely comfortable—exactly what you want after long days out exploring the city. The river view was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The location is ideal: perfect for walking around downtown, accessing the trail along the river, and grabbing a quick ride when we wanted to get to other parts of Austin without hassle. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful, which made everything feel easy and well-run. Overall, a solid choice if you want comfort, walkability, and a great setting while staying in Austin.

This is my favorite Hyatt location I have ever stayed at. Only thing that would make it better would be a lounge. I've never had a Hyatt with such a nice front desk - Mikaela , Pablo, and Siannah are amazing. They all thanked me for my status which no Hyatt does ever, and upgraded me to a stunning room. Also, this location had a conference and the restaurant was closed for 2 hours and they gave me $35 of food credit And a wine and coffee for the inconvenience. What a nice touch. This hotel is a 10 min walk from Both downtown Austin and South Congress. Loved the area. The room is new and gorgeous. The pool is AMAZING. Will be back.
