Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield

Karen was so helpful and kind. She was super busy but treated everyone with kindness and respect, continued to thank us for our patience, and didn't rush us and answered every question we had. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the ceramic dishes at breakfast and having glass drinking glasses in our room. The first thing we do when we check into our hotel room is to turn on all the lights, pull out our flashlights and check every crevice we can for signs of bed bugs. From the seams of the mattresses to the corners of every piece of furniture all we found was clean. Like, really clean. The only thing that wasn't immaculate was the dresser drawers which had a small amount of dust and lint and maybe a few pieces of something

We have stayed at this hotel for several years now and love it. The staff are kind and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable and generally pretty quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near a number of good restaurants as well as other shopping. Easy access to the freeway, with minimal traffic noise, is also a plus.

Positive: location, below ground parking, large room and bathroom Negative: biring breakfast-same as all other hotels, it used to be better

I just spent one night but the room was very clean and fit all of our needs. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great location - a little more secluded from the busy city. They have an indoor pool that was nice and clean. Overall would highly recommend and definitely come back to!

I think I have finally found my go to hotel in St. Louis! The front desk workers were all friendly and helpful. The room was super clean, quiet and plenty spacious. The bed was comfortable and they even serve a hot breakfast. The free garage parking with easy access was a definite plus. This place checks all of the boxes!
