AC Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

-Rooms|AC did not allow cooling above. I had to turn on heating to warm up the room. Most of the main lighting was controlled by a switch by the door and by the bed. But it turned even the lighting for reading in bed off, so it was all or nothing. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. TV instructions to connect my device were not effective. The HDMI port mentioned was in the back of the TV but the gap was not big enough to put you hand into. The shower head control button was totally missing and was spewing a high pressure stream from the hole that made it near impossible to use it as a shower head.||-Food & drinks|Much too expensive.||-Noteworthy details|For the price paid this hotel was not worth it. My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding Anniversary in November at the AC Hotel in Chesterfield. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were! Kelsey Clark, and her team, did a fantastic job of organizing this milestone event for us. We met with her several times to discuss the room and table setup, food preparation , video presentation, dance area, etc. We had a wonderful celebration with friends and family! Many of our guests commented on the beauty and cleanliness of the venue, along with its large, inviting lobby area. I highly recommend AC Hotel in Chesterfield! Thank you, Kelsey!

No carpet in rooms so you better hope whoever is above you is extremely quiet and light on their feet. Walls/floors so incredibly thin, its so loud here. Shower curtain design is a fail, water gets all over. Shower head didn't work either. No closet but a tiny small place to hang a few items next to the microwave. Stay at the Hyatt down the street...probably less expensive also. This place is poorly designed.

Very pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Property is very new and well appointed. Staff were all great and very friendly. Food at lobby bar/restaurant was fantastic and fairly priced. I thought about staying at the Ritz (which was 3x the price), but chose here to be with some others in my group and glad I did. Nice experience that I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Stunning newer hotel in the Chesterfield area. The staff was extremely helpful and kind upon check in. The lobby has great vibes for socializing or even getting work done. There are even conference rooms with TVs you can tuck away in. The icing on the cake is a cappuccino from Ben at the bar! He had great energy and went above and beyond to ensure my morning started off with a smile! Your trip is not complete without visiting him!! By far, the nicest AC Marriott I’ve stayed at!
