Hampton Inn St. Louis/Chesterfield

Everyone staffed here is absolutely wonderful - great attitude and super helpful. Kaitlyn at the front desk was awesome at check-in — same with the breakfast attendant who couldn’t have been more helpful and offered us extra donuts in the morning! Every single person, from the front desk team to the cleaning crew, said hello and couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and multiple food options offered at breakfast. Totally worth it!

We spent 10 nights here. From ck in to ck out it was all top notch. Friendliest, helpful front desk ever.From Kaitlyn, Stephanie, Aaron and Brett, all great. Mary and Gabe handle the breakfast with ease. Food is hot, fresh, and if you don't see it ask. They are both very accommodating. Very clean. The rooms are large, updated and clean. Housekeeping was pleasant and was always asking if we needed anything. We'll be back in June, and staying there again, in the valley location.

I enjoyed the location of this Property per the 'Factory' and a lot of shopping/restaurants nearby. Safe area. Cory at the Front Desk was super cool and we had a good interaction: he recommended a local restaurant and it was awesome (Sauce on the Side, see review). The room has the new streaming TVs, the Fitness center is good, and I was provided a hassle-free late checkout.

Positive: Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful Negative: We arrived Thursday by noon and left Sunday by 10, never received and cleaning services, no towels, our garbage was never emptied. When I requested I was hung up on.

Currently staying for 1 night. Management is clearly aware the hotel is covered in mold. Water damage is apparent on the walls and ceiling, the carpets are all coated with mold, the air vents have a nice thick layer of mold. I'm in my second room after requesting to be moved because my initial room on the 1st floor was so bad. This room on the 3rd floor is slightly less affected but still has presence of mold. The operators of this location are morally bankrupt to keep this building open and continue charging people. Pause reservations immediately until the building has undergone mold remediation and whatever underlying issue that caused such a mess has been repaired. I'm going to hit my inhaler one extra time before hacking myself to sleep tonight.
